General Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between the service provider and clients using DevMesh services and the DevMesh application.
Effective: May 23, 2026
1. Service provider
The service provider operating DevMesh is:
- Kapás Bence, egyéni vállalkozó (sole proprietor)
- Registered address: 4200 Hajdúszoboszló, Szívós utca 24, Hungary
- Mailing address: 8600 Siófok, Kenedy Ferenc utca 13 A/1, Hungary
- Email: legal@devmesh.app
- Phone: +36 30 390 6392
2. Subject of the contract
DevMesh provides AI automation, custom software development and digital services for businesses and individual builders. These Terms govern the contractual relationship between the service provider and its clients and users (the "Client").
3. Services
The provider offers: design and implementation of AI agent systems, the DevMesh vibecoding application (kanban, terminal, agent swarms, capture tooling), email automation, research and competitor monitoring, content preparation, meeting notes, automated reports, CRM integration, PPC campaigns, custom website and software development.
Every project is unique — specific tasks, deliverables and deadlines are set out in a separately signed order or statement of work (SOW). For SaaS-style access to the DevMesh application, scope is defined by the active subscription plan published on the website.
4. Pricing and payment
Indicative pricing is available on the website (for example: Marketing/PPC from 120,000 HUF/month, websites from 300,000 HUF, AI automation on a custom quote basis, and DevMesh application subscription plans as published on the pricing page). The final price for project work follows the detailed quote issued after the free consultation.
Prices are in HUF. The provider is VAT-exempt (alanyi adómentes), therefore prices do not include VAT.
Payment is by bank transfer based on the invoice issued, or — for SaaS subscriptions — through the payment processor designated on the website. Payment deadline: 8 calendar days unless otherwise agreed. For recurring (monthly) services, fees are paid in advance.
5. Performance
The Client must provide required information, access credentials and content in a timely manner. Delays in providing these will shift deadlines accordingly.
The provider commits to transparent reporting on delivered work and keeps project status visible to the Client.
6. Liability
The provider is not liable for indirect damages arising from changes, outages or policy updates in the Client's own systems or third-party services (e.g. Google, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic). Liability is limited to the net fee paid for the specific service.
Outputs generated by AI agents, large language models and automation systems are provided for the Client to review. The provider does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, fit for any particular purpose, or free of errors, and the Client remains responsible for reviewing and validating such output before relying on it.
7. Termination and withdrawal
Either party may terminate recurring services in writing with 30 days' notice. Fees for periods already performed are non-refundable. For project-based work, fees for phases already delivered remain due to the provider upon termination.
8. Data protection
Rules on the processing of personal data are set out in the DevMesh Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.
9. Dispute resolution
The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, Hungarian law and the competent Hungarian courts shall apply.
10. Closing provisions
The provider may amend these Terms unilaterally. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website. The Client may object in writing within 15 days of publication.
11. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU)
For consumers in the EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU applies to subscription purchases. By starting use of the DevMesh application immediately at checkout, the consumer expressly consents to performance beginning before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed. Notice of withdrawal can be sent to legal@devmesh.app.
